WHETHER IT WAS MY GRANDPAS HOUSE OR MOMS COOKBOOKS, I COULD BE FOUND TEACHING MYSELF AND LISTENING CLOSE TO OTHERS, ON THE INS AND OUTS AND WHYS OF FOOD AND THE PROCESS IN WHICH ONE CREATES. CARRYING SOME OF THOSE TRIDE AND TRUE RECIPES WITH ME, THESE DAYS, I HAVE LEARNED A TWIST ON THE OLD. WITH THE IDEA OF MAKING IT MORE ACCESSIBLE TO LOCALITY AND CREATIVITY.
